Brand Strategy, Identity & Digital Implementation
Clear, connected brand and website experience for an NDIS provider

Project Overview
Respect Connect is a Ballarat-based NDIS service provider focused on delivering personalised support that builds independence, confidence, and meaningful life experiences.
Brandtribal partnered with Respect Connect to develop the brand from the ground up—defining its strategic foundation, establishing a clear messaging system, creating a cohesive visual identity, and delivering a fully custom website supported by practical design assets.
The project was delivered as a connected system, ensuring consistency across how the business presents, communicates, and operates.
Key Highlights
- Defined brand positioning within the NDIS sector
- Developed a complete brand strategy and messaging framework
- Created a cohesive visual identity system
- Designed and built a custom Webflow website
- Implemented CMS-driven content for events and updates
- Delivered a consistent brand across digital and physical touchpoints
Our Approach
The project followed a structured approach to ensure the brand was built on a clear foundation before moving into execution.
The first phase focused on defining the brand strategy—establishing purpose, positioning, audience understanding, and differentiation within the NDIS sector. This created a clear direction for how the business should communicate and grow.
From there, a comprehensive messaging framework was developed to translate strategy into practical communication. This included primary and secondary messaging, tone of voice, personality alignment, and structured message blocks to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
The visual identity was then developed as a direct expression of the strategy. The system was designed to balance professionalism with warmth and approachability, ensuring it reflected both care and engagement.
Finally, the website was designed and built in Webflow, bringing together strategy, messaging, and identity into a structured digital experience. CMS functionality was implemented to support ongoing updates, particularly for events and content.
Supporting design assets were developed to ensure the brand extended consistently into real-world applications.
Project Result
Respect Connect now operates with a clear, structured, and consistent brand across all touchpoints.
The business has a defined position within the NDIS sector, supported by messaging that clearly communicates its services and value. The website provides a strong digital presence that supports engagement and growth, while the visual identity ensures consistency across both digital and physical materials.
The result is a cohesive brand system that reflects the quality of service delivered—supportive, engaging, and focused on independence and personal development.
